Aloha and welcome to Leilani's Keiki Hula!

First, let me introduce myself.  My name is Leilani Glandon and I have been dancing hula here in the Rogue Valley for a 5 years now.  I have danced a little hula growing up with my father, who was an Entertainer at Luau's.  I am half Hawaiian and half Caucasian.

My goals in teaching hula to young keiki's (children) are teaching the Hawaiian culture, some of the Hawaiian Language and of course the Hula dance.  In teaching the culture of Hawaii and some of the Hawaiian language, my students will learn to appreciate the art of hula.  Your keiki will develop coordination, confidence and experience the gift of telling a story through hula dance.  They will not only dance with motion but they will dance with their spirits of knowledge and tell the stories beautifully.

I am very excited and I hope your keiki's will enjoy themselves greatly!
